Our Staff

Roxanne Sinsapaugh

Roxanne S. is the Founder/ Executive Director. She too has a son with developmental disabilities whom serves as her own special blessing and inspiration.

John L. Reynolds is our “Special Events Coordinator”

Special Blessings Inc. is located at RCC 7000 Destiny Drive Raleigh NC 27604

Take highway 64 , Knightdale East/ New Bern Ave. Cross the Neuse River Bridge. Take LEFT after bridge ( Old Milburnie Rd. ). Follow Old Milburnie Rd. approx. 2-3 miles.

Cross over small bridge ( see lake on right ), then take

LEFT onto Tar Heel RD. Follow Tar Heel to SHARP

CURVE. RCC will be located on your LEFT at the tip of the curve. ( Destiny Dr. )

Our classroom/ meeting room is located at the farthest end of the very, first parking lot located on your Left. ( We are located in the Modular Building: M 401-403 )

Our Programs

Our programs or services, will be listed here....

Our Support Group.....

Our Support Group Brings "seasoned" Parents alongside Parents with newly diagnosed or younger children. We occasionally offer workshops that assist parents on their educational journey.
Our Support Group is open to the entire family. The Children play in our Educational Resource Room while parents meet.
We have many conversations on varying issues that impact our lives....from simple to complex....It's a Very Relaxed Environment and we enjoy our time together.

Our Play Group......

Our Play Group Meets for Activities such as, roller skating, bowling and park visits. Our Families have enjoyed visits to the North Carolina Zoo and Fort Fisher Aquarium.
The hi-lite of our year is a visit from our friends, Cowboy's for Christ and our annual Christmas Party.

Our Fellowship Group.....

Our Fellowship Group brings families together that desire to share their Faith and Prayers. This is an opportunity to strengthen one another on their Christian journey.
